Hello, I'm Marizayda
Teacher turned Therapist | Latina | Human Advocate
Hi, I’m Marizayda, and I’m here to help you find balance and healing in your life. My journey to becoming a therapist started after working in education and spending time in the corporate world, but I realized that what I really wanted was to make a difference in people’s lives on a more personal level.

As a Latina, I know how important it is to have someone who understands your cultural background and can speak both English and Spanish. I’ve faced some of the same struggles—managing thyroid health, dealing with body image issues, and feeling the pressure to fit into society’s standards. These experiences help me connect with you in a real and meaningful way.

I’m focused on helping you improve your relationship with food, your body, and your mental health. I’m here to support you with compassion, culturally informed care, and practical, non-judgmental advice. My goal is to empower you to overcome your challenges and find the balance you need to live a healthier, happier life.
